I am able to search the Diocese of Lichfield probate calendars for wills proved in the Diocese (Staffordshire, Derbyshire, North Shropshire and North Warwickshire).

Searches can be carried out in England and Wales from 1837 - 2006 in the birth, marriage and death indexes.
